Major Award for Burton & Co Property Centre
Burton & Co Property Centre in Lincoln are celebrating
following their Silver ESTA at the Estate Agency of the Year awards
held in the lavish surroundings of the Hilton Park Lane hotel in
London last week.
Hosted by tv property expert, Phil Spencer, The ESTAs are an
annual award voted for by estate agency customers and this year
over 33,000 property sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants chose
to cast their votes for those agents who have provided the highest
standards of service throughout the year.
Phil Spencer said “The ESTAS are the most important and
valuable awards in our industry. An ESTA is not an easy accolade to
pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long
period of time.”
Simon Brown, owner of the awards added “Agents that take
part in the ESTAS believe passionately in providing the highest
quality customer service. They are prepared to go that extra mile,
prepared to take criticism as well as praise and prepared to invest
and develop their businesses accordingly”.
Burton & Co Property Centre have an enviable past record in
these awards having been nominated in four of the last five years
but this year they have excelled by achieving second place in the
East Midlands region in the sales category, beating all other
Lincolnshire agents in the process.
Burton's branch manager, Graham Davidson, says "being nominated
is a major achievement in itself but to gain one of the top awards
is both exhilarating and humbling... the fact that such a large
number of customers took the time to vote for us is the best
possible evidence that we get a lot of things right and we are very
grateful for their support". Graham went on to commit his team to
even greater efforts over the next 12 months, "...finishing second
in the East Midlands is a wonderful result but it means we can
still improve and finishing first next year has to be our
goal".
